Pokr Pals (pokrpals.com, formerly Poker Tracker at pokertracker.online) is a free web tool for tracking home poker games: buy-ins, rebuys, cash-outs and who pays whom at the end of the night. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who can see it, and how to delete it.
When you sign in with Google, we receive only the basic profile information Google shares for sign-in (the openid, email and profile scopes):
We do not request or access your Google contacts, calendar, Drive, Gmail or any other Google data.
When you sign up with email, we store your email address, the name you choose, and your password as a secure one-way hash (we never store or see your actual password).
What you enter while using Pokr Pals:
Guest games: you can play without an account. The game's data is stored the same way, but it isn't linked to any account.
Usage data: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure performance. They don't use cookies and don't identify you personally.
We use your information only to run Pokr Pals:
We don't sell your data, don't show ads, and don't use your data for advertising or to build profiles.
Pokr Pals's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Your Google email, name and profile picture are used only to create and sign in to your Pokr Pals account and to show your name in the app. They are never sold, never used for advertising, never shared with other users unless you choose to share a game, and never used to train AI or machine learning models.

Your browser's local storage also keeps small preferences on your device, such as seat order and view mode. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep your account and games until you delete them. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Danger Zone. This permanently deletes your account, your games and your saved data. We don't keep a copy afterwards, apart from routine backups, which expire in the normal course of operation. You can also ask us to delete your data using the contact option below.
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our database provider. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Pokr Pals isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.
